Object: the process of industrial enterprises' worker' taxation. Purpose: elaboration of scientific-practical proposals and methodic approaches to the risk's reduction in field of industrial enterprises' workers' taxation on the strands of improving of organized economic mechanism of fiscal risk. Methods: the dialectic method; method of the analysis and systems; logical generalization and comparison; mathematical design, statistical. For the first time: the application of local income-taxes; the employment of communal taxation credit in the system of worker' taxation. Advanced: the methods of economic risk valuation by means of separation of whole-economic and individual components of income-taxation risk; the game-theoretical model of taxation risks' management. Further development: the fiscal risks' classification putting in to them divined into taxation and transferts components; the methods of procession un-personated data base files for the valuation of income tax' individual risk.
