Mozgova O. Risk factors, diagnostics and prevention of threatening noncarrying of pregnancy at women after in-vitro fertilization.

Dissertation is devoted to decision of task to reduce a frequency of pregnancy miscarriage (PM) after in vitro fertilization (IVF) by determination of threatening PM risk factors, by creating of complex algorithm of diagnostics and prevention threatening PM at women after IVF on basis of functional status of immune, neurohormonal and coagulation systems' research. First determines a series of laboratory parameters, which are threatening PM risk factors after IVF (human chorionic gonadotropin (hCG), antibodies to hCG, antiphospholipid antibodies, changes in T-cellular immunity). Expedience of preclinical stage determination of threatening pregnancy loss on immune, endocrine, coagulation and ultrasound parameters first demonstrates. Methods of changed parameters' correction for prevention of threatening PM development after IVF first suggests. Use of suggested complex of diagnostics and prevention of PM risk allows improve clinical course of pregnancies after IVF, reduce the frequency of pregnancies' anddeliveries' complications, specifically frequency of threatening PM after IVF to 35 %, frequency of PM after IVF to 12,5 %, which multiplies live-born level as one of major efficiency rates of infertility treatment by methods of assisted reproductive technologies.
