Yevtushenko O. 3. The peculiarities of the recognition and the execution of foreign courts decisions

The thesis is devoted to the investigation and the grounding of theoretical grounds of the recognition and the execution of foreign courts decisions at the territory of Ukraine. The generalization of foreign countries experience is carrying out, the problems of the resolving such cases by Ukrainian courts are generalized and the ways of the improvement of the procedure its trial are proposed. In the work new tendencies of the civil process are analyzed and the possibility of the decision of the cases on the recognition and the putting to the execution of foreign courts decisions in the command order, the using of the institute of the correspondence decision and the previous sitting of the court are defined.
