Seliverstova L. Improvement of corporative management system /on the example of light industry enterprises/

In the dissertation the system of corporate management in Ukraine and economic components, their investment and dividendoys politics is investigated. The basic problems in sphere of the corporate attitudes at a microlevel are determined, the conceptual basesdividendoys both investment politics of joint-stock companies and feature of their application at the present stage of development of economy of Ukraine are developed. The approach to system of corporate management as structures is offered which contains external and internal blocks, and process with the appropriate tools of realization. A technique reutiong of an estimation of investment appeal of joint-stock companies also is developed which takes into account interests of different groups of the investors, technique of formation of the effective investment program of the enterprises.
