Goncharova E. Functional status of cytokine system at patients with chronic heart failure

The dissertation is devoted to the study of functional status of cytokine system at the patients with chronic heart failure, which was developed due to ischemic heart disease, in case of different treatment schemes and to the definition of indications for using of pentoxyfilline at this patients category. According to the data of complex clinico-experimental investigation it was determined the presence of cytokine system hyperactivation at the patients with II functional class chronic heart failure and the dysbalance in cytokine system at the patients with III functional class chronic heart failure.It was shown, that the cytokine activity was changing in case of different schemes of chronic heart failure treatment. It was proved, that using the combination of the beta-blockers and ACE inhibitors lets to correct cytokine system activity at the patients with the chronic heart failure II functional class, but the patients with the chronic heart failure III functional class needs the administration of pentoxyfilline in combination with the beta-blockers and ACE inhibitors to correct dysbalance of cytokine system
