Kolenko O. Brain stroke epidemiology in accordance with register data in Sumy (epidemiological and clinical-morphological research)

In thesis the results of epidemiological research are presented according to the register of brain stroke. The mortality rates, morbidity, lethal rates as the results of brain stroke on the sample of the city Sumy statistics are presented in this scientific work. Leading modificated and unmodificated risk factors have been investigated. Clinical-structural-morphological comparision made it possible to find out peculiarities of clinical duration of culminative and extremely culminative period of brain stroke depending on the tempo of the prosess, locality and pathological centre size intra and extracerebral complication prior and following up the diseases, determined the brain stroke outcome. The jbtained results give an opportunity to lay a scientific background for the preventive actions, aimed at the cut down of morbidity and lethal rates caused by brain stroke, taking into account regional conditions
