The object is study of Crimean region’s Information Space, during Independence period of Ukraine (1992-2004). The new approach - is complete analysis of Crimean information part in Ukrainian National Information Space; studied of information foreign and national influence on Public Opinion; constructed infrastructure of regional informational Center with support of National Ukrainian Space Agency. Sphere of use national governance for foreign Ukrainian policy in Black Sea Region.
