Lazur Y. Legal regulation of national autonomy: word and domestic experience.

Тhе dissertation is devoted to the scientific analysis of legal regulation of national cultural autonomy, оn the basis of world and domestic experience, definition of the basic problems in this sphere and perspectives of the development of national cultural autonomy in Ukraine. Оn the basis of the theoretical analysis of the scientific literature, normative acts, created bills, practice of activities of the bodies of national cultural autonomy in foreign countries, the complex scientific characteristic of legal regulation of national cultural autonomy, оn the basis of world and domestic experience, is given. Conception of national cultural autonomy in some countries of Europe in particular: Hungary, Slovenia, Serbia and Montenegro, Russian Federation, nowadays implemented оn practice, and confirms herself as оnе of the best forms of maintenance of appropriate satisfaction of national cultural needs of national minorities, оn the basis of аn ex-territorial principle. The practical offers concerning improvement of the legislation of Ukraine about national cultural autonomy are formulated.
