Svystun L. Agreements of cargo transportation by vehicles.

In the research work the system of standard and legal acts of Ukraine is determined basing on legislation currently in force, the abovementioned acts regulate the agreement of cargo transportation by vehicles; the dissertation studies the historical development of agreements of cargo transportation by vehicles; the theoretical and legal research into the system of agreements of cargo transportation by vehicles is done; the author investigates the juridical contents of proposed agreements and finds out the order of compiling as well as fulfilling the agreements of cargo transportation by vehicles; the analysis of civil and legal responsibility according to these agreements is accomplished. In the research work some specific propositions and recommendations directed at improving legislation on agreements of cargo transportation by vehicles are formulated.
