Essay

The thesis is devoted decision of scientific tasks, that the improvement of results of surgical medical treatment of patients for chronic pancreatitis is foreseen, on the basis of improvement of the surgical tactic directed on saving of function of pancreas and development of measures of prophylactic of progress insufficiency of pancreas in a postoperative period. The author has developed and tested the methods of diagnostics and surgical treatment of chronic pancreatitis, which have allowed to lower frequency of development of postoperative complications.
