Essay

Dissertation is devoted to research of the TPV process - generation for creation of high-performance TPV - systems, that allowed to utilize the unproductive troop landings of heat of high temperature technological processes in an atmosphere. A developed program algorithm allows to define the basic parameters of material, evaluate the initial descriptions TPV -converters at the known external environments on the previous stage of planning. It is offered the InN use for the production of TPV-converters. It is made program-assisted estimation of its' efficiency and shown advantages before GaSb -the traditional material for thermophotovoltaics. A stand is developed for the control of the parameters of TPV- converters. Measuring is conducted of the test standard TPV- converter on the basis of GaSb and accordance of operating descriptions is shown with calculation data. Satisfactory co-ordination of findings is shown with measuring on the equipment of other types. Key words: Thermophotovoltaic, technologicalprocess, TPV - converter, IR - radiation, efficiency.
