Essay

The subject of research is the process of professional communication training of future international analysts. The object of research is to define, theoretically substantiate and experimentally check pedagogical conditions of developing business communication culture of future international analysts. Methods of research are theoretical, empirical, statistical. Scientific novelty and theoretical significance of the results of research is that for the first time the pedagogical conditions of developing business communication culture of future international analysts were theoretically substantiated and experimentally checked (they include: teacher’s orientation for dialogical style of pedagogical interaction, which provides pedagogical process with adequate psychological climate and stimulates self-knowledge and creative search of business communication individual style; development of reflexive attitude to communicative aspect of future professional activity; providing the process of communicative training with orientation for future profession on the basis of contextual approach; stimulation of students’ communicative activity); basic structural components, criteria, indices and levels of development of business communication culture of international analysts were defined; stages of forming business communication culture of future international analysts were specified (diagnostic and projective, theoretical, experimental and constructive, concluding); the concept of “business communication culture” and scientific ideas of communicative functions of international analysts’ professional activity gained further development. Implementation of the pedagogical conditions into educational process proved their effectiveness that has manifested itself in the positive dynamics of the development of business communication components. The results of the research have been implemented into educational process of high schools.
