Dolya E. Сondition of сardiovascular systems in patient with bronchial asthma and its combination with arterial hypertension and effectiveness of medicamentous correction.

Object - bronchial asthma combination with arterial hypertensia and without it; methods - clinical, instrumental, statistical; novelty - аt has been determined that peculiarities of myocardium remodeling in patient with BA and AH, and also in patients with BA without AH, such as dilatation of left atrium cavity, increase of left ventricle (LV) walls thickness, signs of diastolic dysfunction of LV accompanied by disorders of cardiac rhythm (by HMECG data) and degree of their expressiveness depended of degree of severity of BA, presence of sings of chronic pulmonary heart, pulmonary hypertension (PH) and degree of AH. According DMBP it was estimated the changes of average daily data of BP and data of daily index of BP are in depending of AH and degree of AH in patient with BA. Positive influence of i - ACE on level of PH, signs of diastolic function of LV, frequency of infringements of cardiac rhythm, average daily data of BP and data of daily index of BP is established; branch - medicine.
