Object – the patients of the ischemic heart disease with exertional angina pectoris of functional classes I-IV with episodes of silent myocardial ischemia; methods – clinical, instrumental (echocardiography, electrocardiography), immuno-enzyme anaiysis statistical; novelty – on founding study the homocysteine concentration in the blood plasma in patients with ischemic heart disease the first demonstration the correlation between the homocysteinemia and expression the pathology of process by patiehts; it was found out that the rise in the homocysteine concentration is promote progress course of ischemic heart disease and aggravation of the functional classes of exertional angina pectoris and rise the number of the silent myocardial ischemia episodes; the necessity to incorporate vitamins В6, В12 and folic acid in the standart antianginal therapy; results – rise the efficiency of treatment of the ischemic heart disease sufferers with exertional angina pectoris of functional classes I-IV with episodes of silent myocardial ischemia taking into account the homocysteinemia level; branch – medicine.
