Essay

The object is biotechnological methods of protection of plants against a complex soil infection with the help of useful rhizobacteria; the purpose is a research of features of the protective capability of the Pseudomonas bacteria of highest plants and application them for development of biotechnological methods of protection of potato plants (Solanum tuberosum L.) against a complex soil infection; the methods are microbiological, biochemical, cytological and molecular biology; the new approach lies in a discription of strains of Pseudomonas sp. IMBG 163 and Pseudomonas sp. IMBG 287 as novel biological objects capable to colonize plants and to be competitive in associations of the rhizosphere bacteria and to influence positively on development of plants; the use them for protection of potato against phytopathogenic microorganisms and adapting vitroplants to conditions ex vitro. The positive effects of the above mentioned bacteria on priming the micropropagated plantlets, minitubers, and seed tuberswere determined, optimal terms and conditions of use them are established. The area of use is development of environmentaly friendly technologies of plant protection.
