Essay

The peculiarities and character of the combined exposure of sodium nitrate, sodium nitrite and chloroform for the organism immune system were revealed. The immune potential and immune suppresive effects of these xenobiotics have been revealed. Dependence of the immune toxic manifestations on the dose and exposure duration of studied conpounds was determined. The estimation of significance of changes in the immune system under combined per oral exposure to sodium nitrate, sodium nitrite and chloroform for organism has been carried out.
