Nadvorna O. The peculiarities of sexual and physical development of teenage girls who live in unfavorable regions of South Ukraine

The dissertation covers the actual problem of children's gynecology - to elaborate the complex of medico-prophylactic recommendations for effective diagnostic of sexual and physical development of girls and teenage-girls who live in unfavorable regions. Indixes of sexual and physical development of teenage-girls were defined. Also we have determined the levels of gonadotropin and steroid hormones of these girls. We have defined the regions' peculiarities of karyotуpes, family histories and learned the peculiarities of diets in observed groups. Girls who live in regions with ecology unfavorable situation have body mass index and annual increase less than girls in control group beginning from the 13 years of age. Also we have discovered the tendency to flattened pelvis forming. On the base of peculiarities of the sexual development, we have revealed late (delayed) appearing of secondary sexual signs, occurrence of "wrong" puberty, at the background of higher level of FSH, lower level of LH, estradiol and progesterone, that can evoke endocrine infertility in future. Based on these data, we have elaborated the medico-prophylactic recommendations which aim on earlier disturbance of the girls' harmony development revealed.
