Trush I. A legal economic ensuring of a small enterprise state support in Ukraine

Object of research: the public relations describing influence of the state on development of small business in Ukraine. The purpose of research is the development of theoretical and practical questions of commercial-legal maintenance of state support of small business, substantiation of new scientific rules and offers concerning perfection of the legislation in this sphere. Methods of research: dialectic, formal-logic, rather-legal, abstragization, system-functional. The theoretical importance consists in a deepening and perfection of theoretical development concerning increase of efficiency of commercial-legal maintenance of state support of small business in Ukraine, creation of the appropriate legal conditions for existence and development of small business. Practical importance: The formulated conclusions and offers can be used in legislative process, for perfection of the current legislation in sphere of small business; were used in practical activity of Desnjanskaja regional state administrationin city of. Kiev, private enterprise "DIO", LTD "GABRA" at organization of legal protection of own business, and also during preparation of the offers and recommendations concerning perfection or cancellation of the working normative-legal acts. Scientific novelty: the essence and importance of state support of small business is opened; the basic directions of commercial-legal maintenance of state support of small business are covered; the definition of the small enterprise is specified; the basic stages of a regulation of process of preparation and acceptance of regulative acts are determined; the competence of the specially authorized body concerning realization of state regulative policy is considered and its main feature is allocated; the offers and recommendations concerning perfection about state registration and licensing of the subjects of economic activity, including small business are submitted; the mechanism of maintenance of realization of the legislation about state support of small business is opened; the prospect of development of the legislation about state support of small business is considered. Sphere of use are the subjects of the legislative initiative for perfection of the legislation about state support of small business; judicial bodies; the subjects of managing; higher educational institutions.
