Goshkoderya I. Diagnostics, rehabilitation of reproductive function disturbances in women with chronic endometritis

The thesis is devoted to the actual task of Obstetrics and Gynecology: increasing of the rehabilitation efficacy of the reproductive function in patients with chronic endometritis (CE). On the basis of the study of peculiarities of genital microbiocenosis, hormonal and immune status, circulation in uterine and ovaries, histostructure of endometrium and its receptors to sex steroids complex diagnostics scheme and rehabilitation programme of reproductive function in women with CE are worked out and introduced into practice, it permitted to increase the efficacy of this pathology diagnostics and increase the number of cases of conceiving. CE should be considered as symptom complex of disturbances in hormonal and immune systems, which occurs in consequence of chronic inflammation and endometrium lesion with following pathological changes in reproductive system. In connection with aforesaid the complex of therapeutic and rehabilitative measures in patients with CE and who plan pregnancy was worked out and introduced. On the background of the treatment done menstrual cycle was regained in 92,50% patients (р<0,05). Quantitative and structural changes of endometrium to the side of normalisation according to the day of menstrual cycle occurred in 65,00% patients (р<0,05). Circulation a.uterina and a.ovarica was in norm in 75,00% patients of the main group (р<0,05). Hormonal parameters regained in 94,50% cases (р<0,05). 45,00% patients conceived, the pregnancy ended with delivery at term.
