Cybulsky V. The peculiarities of sexual and physical development of teenage girls who live in unfavorable regions of South Ukraine

After the detailed investigation of the modern puerperal complications causes the author performed the differential metroinstillation (gravitational - 27 patients, gravitational-aspirational (obliged) in urgent cases - 23 women, flow uterine drainage - 21 puerperas, hydrovibrocurettage of uterine walls - 26 patients), aimed on the uterine preservation in puerperal women. The complications early diagnostics by lyzosomal enzymes in uterine aspirate and anaerobic non-clostridial endometritis express-diagnostics in lochia specimen was shown significantly. The metroinstillation procedure observational methods, indications and contraindications were established, the own-made metroinstillation solution was recommended. Due to the proposed organsaving therapy (conservative - surgical and surgical, depending on clinico-morphological type of endometritis we achieved the decrease of the treatment course for 5-6 days, invalidization for 2,5 times, mortality-for 12%.
