Essay

The thesis deals with of morphofunctional state and role hypothalamus in development of chronic insufficiency of cerebral blood circulation and establishment of influence of complex medication "Instenon" on its functional state and clinical course of discirculatory encephalopathy in experiment and clinic. The diffusive dystrophic and destructive disorders in neurocytes of hypothalamus, the decreasing of their functional activity and the disorganization of secretory cycle phases were revealed in patients with discirculatory encephalopathy of the II st. and in experimental animals with chronic insufficiency of cerebral blood circulation._The high clinical and experimental effectiveness of instenon in chronic insufficiency of cerebral blood circulation was demonstrated.
