Essay

The work offers a new solution to the problem of reducing the frequency of complications during post-term pregnancy, delivery, and postnatal periods as well as frequency of infant pathology by improving antenatal diagnostics of post-term pregnancy and developing hily specific way of diagnostics and optimal tactics to be applied in case of this pathology. Factors of risk of post-term pregnancy development, psychoemotional states of pregnant women have been determined. The courses of pregnancy, labor, post-term pregnancy period and the state of infants in case of post-term period, morphologic chnges in placentas have been studied. Algorithm of carrying on of pregnant women, which contains the expressing of medical care at the stage of women's consultation and maternity hospital, has been developed.
