In the work form the systemic approach there were studied causes, forming mechanisms, a course and manifestations of spouses desadaptation at the leiomyoma in women. The variants and clinical forms of desadaptation were revealed, the correlation between psychogenic, sociogenic, negative social-psychologicak and somatogenic factors was determined. Differential-diagnostic criteria were proposed for revealed forms of desadaptation and on the basis of systemic-structural analysis of sexual health there were devel-oped the system of psychotherapy, which allows to optimize sexual behavior and to rise a level of sexual and interpersonal relations of spouses at the leiomyoma in wife. At the time of using the system a high and steady therapeutic effect was achieved in 85 4% of mar-ried couples with the desadaptive forms and in 65 5% ones with the nuerogenic form of sexual health disorder.
