Datsenko P. Cultural and art legacy of Zhytomyrshchyna in Ukrainian spiritual life dimension in XIX-th the first third of the XX-th century.

On the basis of museum and archive descriptions analysis of historical, folklore and ethnographic, area studies, history of art literature composite research is done of cultural and art legacy of Zhytomyrshchyna in Ukrainian spiritual life dimension in XIX-th the first third of the XX-th century. The dissertation highlights the leading role of Ukrainian national tradition in creative activities of regional figures and does the analysis of professional foundations of Zhytomyrshchyna theatrical and fine arts of the definite period. The process of formation and development of professional music art in the region at the end of the XIX-th - the first third of the XX-th century had undergone further theoretical elaboration. Regionalfigures art and world outlook traditions have also been outlined, in particular, the composers of Zhytomyrshchyna, which gives an opportunity to determine the place taken by professional music art in Ukrainian spiritual life of the definite period. Special attention is paid to thecreative activities of writers, painters, playwrights, composers, performers, leading conductors and art-critics who made their contribution to the treasury of cultural and art legacy of Zhytomyrshchyna.
