The object is social risk factors, peculiarities of sexual behavior, psychophysiological factors, properties of youth’s character and temperament, injured by sexually transmitted diseases, the aims - complex hygienic evaluation of risk factors of origin of sexually transmitted diseases within modern youth was done, and scientific prognostic criteria of its expansion and prophylactic were well grounded; the methods – hygienic, social, psychophysiological, psychical, mathematical and statistical methods; the new complex hygienic evaluation of risk factors of origin of sexually transmitted diseases within modern youth was done, and scientific prognostic criteria of its expansion and prophylactic were well grounded; the main include; results - a complex point scale for hygienic evaluation of risk level of origin of sexually transmitted diseases, that allows us to fulfill an individual prognosis of risk level of its origin in the youth circle and to increase, to a great extend, the efficiency of prime prophylactic measures; introduction - was designed and implemented into the work of medical and educational institutions; sphere of application – medicine, hygiene.
