Polishchuk V. Mechanisms of improving parliamentary financial control (on the example of the Autonomous Republic of the Crimea)

Object of research: process of public administration of finance. Purpose: theoretical basing and elaboration the mechanisms of improvement parliamentary financial control at the regional level. Methods: of systemic approach, logical-semantic, of comparative analysis, abstractive, statistical. Results: improvement the system of public financial control in Ukraine as a whole and in regional level. Novelty: new approach to the organization of financial control after the rationale use budget means has been based, specific feature of parliamentary financial control as impotent element public control system has been characterized. It was implemented while entering changes to the Statute of the Accounts Chamber of the Supreme Rada of the Autonomous Republic of the Crimea and its structure. Areas of use: public administration, regional management, training and retraining of public servants.
