Mozol V. Administrative-law status of tax militia official (оrganisational-legal aspects)

. Тhe object – the system of management-legal relations, which are being formed in the sphere of tax militia and its officials’ activities; the aim – to define the content of “tax militia official” category, to determine the peculiarities of the tax militia officials’ administrative-legal status and realization of its elements, and on the basis of above said, to formulate the propositions and recommendations as to better the effectiveness of tax militia officials’ legal status realization; the methods – dialectical, logically-semantic, comparatively-juridical, structurally-logical, statistics, analyses and syntheses; the novelty – this dissertation is the first in the national juridical science complex approach to the research of the tax militia administrative-legal status, its law regulation and practical realization; the results – can be useful and exploited in the science-research and legislation spheres as well as in law implementation and education process.
