It was shown, that most of the patients with IHD suffer from defitiency of T-cells, increasing of T-suppressors numbers and circulating immune complexes, decreasing of ratio T-helpers/T-supressors. It was relvealed correlation between immune system indexes, leukocytes numbers and serum cholesterol level in patient with stable angina: I-III functional class. It was found, that the most of the patients with III functional class, elevated serum cholesterol and leucocytes have decompensated immune resposne, significantly decreased endothelium dependent vasodilation, which lead to the significant prolongation of each episode of sielent ischemia and also total quantity of early ventricular extrasystole, comparing to the patients with normal leucocytes number. Using of doxazosin in patients with I-II functional class had benefitial effect on lipoid methabolism, immunologic state and sielent myocardial ischemia. New data was found according to the using of calcium channel blocker-diltiazemum, depending on theendotheliual dysfunction stage.
