Laryushkin V. Development and introductions normative documentation complex and the organization of metrological maintenance of the railway transport of Ukraine

The dissertation is devoted to development of bases and practical recommendations on creation and introduction of the normative documentation which regulates structural transformations of metrological service and the organization of metrological maintenance on the railway transport. In the work the further development mathematical models of display of elements of organizational structures as system of mass service, in view of specific features of elements of organizational structures and have received different kinds of Information streams, with the purpose of optimization of quality of metrological maintenance of the railway transport. Has received the opportunity to carry out the analysis of efficiency of organizational structures management of metrological service of any final dimension of the advanced method of the analysis which takes into account probability-time characteristics of mutual influence of elements of structure at activity of multivariate streams that has enabled to prove expediency of use of a method of dynamic planning of metrological maintenance of collapsible technical systems of the railway transport of Ukraine. It was proposed to make changes in structure of all levels of metrological service of the railway transport of Ukraine.
