Scientific work is devoted to the study of the exact criteria of differential diagnostics of benign and malignant ovarian tumors with the use of experimentally developed and clinically approved biophysical method of laser polarimetry of blood and punctate of Douglas recession, and also biochemical determination of indices of lipid peroxidation and antioxidant system of the blood of patients.. The significant differences of the state of lipid peroxidation and antioxidant system of the blood of patients with benign and malignant ovarian tumors have been revealed. The photometric and polarization criteria of laser diagnostics of blood and punctate of Douglas recession of patients with ovarian tumors which indicate malignancy have been suggested.
