The dissertation is devoted to the decision of a scientific problem which provides improvement of results of treatment of patients with perforated duodenal ulcer complicated with a peritonitis, by application minimally invasive technologies for sanitation of abdominal cavity. The algorithm is developed and the technique of laparoscopic sanitations of abdominal cavity is advanced, criteria of development of a peritonitis when the use minimally invasive technologies is possible are determined.
