The system model of improvement of activity of the motor transportation enterprises which are engaged in transportations of tourists is offered in the dissertational work for maintenance of quality and efficiency of transports service of tourists. The given algorithms and the model of logistical management by processes of transportations. The received scientific results have allowed generating organizational - economical actions of increase in incomes, efficiency of work, decrease in the cost price of works.
