The Object of study: process of management by operation activity of enterprise; purpose of work: further development and development of theoretical positions and approaches and practical recommendations on forming and functioning of organization-economic mechanism of effective operation activity of enterprise; the methods of study and equipment: statistical and graphic analysis, method of expert estimations, formalization and economic-mathematical design, optimization, theoretical generalization and comparison; theoretical and practical results: methodical approach on providing of effective operation activity of enterprise taking into account the limiting factors of internal and external environment, the improvement of concept is “efficiency” and “effective activity” and intercommunications between them taking into account their dynamic description, classification of indexes of efficiency of enterprise on a sign is “satisfaction of economic interests of subjects of internal and external environment ofenterprise”, system of indexes of estimation of functioning of organization-economic mechanism of effective operation activity of enterprise, maintenance of organization0economic mechanism of effective operation activity of enterprise on the basis of approach to determination of his essence, the order of co-operation of subjects of internal and external environment of enterprise on the basis of criterion is “co-ordination of economic interests”; practical importance of obtained results consists in that introduction of developed methodical approaches allows to raise efficiency of operation activity of enterprise; object and degree of introduction: development are introduced in practical activity of “Kharkov industrial union”, LTD “Kharkov factory PTO”; the sphere of use: practical activity of enterprises, educational process.
