Shtul V. The development of materially-technical basis in the system of educational services of higher educational institutions' marketing

Processes of material and technical base of higher educational establishments in Ukraine. Working out theoretical, methodological and applied bases of material and technical base development as one of the main factors of educational service formation in HEE. General and special methods of scientific cognition (systematic analysis, classification, analysis and synthesis, comparison and analogy). For the first time the conceptual basis of typical structure of MTB HEE construction has been worked out. Improved methodological principles as for diagnostic and prognosis marketing functions realization, directed on HEE sources and management staff' structure harmonization according to the market model of HEE activity. Definitions of educational service, which in counterbalance to existing ones, include the level of it's quality that depend on HEE and principles as for substantiation of directions of MTB HEE' improvement obtained further development. Introduced in HEE of Ukraine. The sphere of usage: management and organizing of MTB HEE.
