Nadyuk Z. State Administration by Quality of Medical Aid in the Health Care System of Ukraine

The object is the quality of the medical aid in health care system in Ukraine. The objective is the scientific and theoretical justification of the public administration optimization mechanisms of the quality of the medical aid in health care system in Ukraine. The methods are historical and logical, statistical, sociological interview, scientific abstraction, expert assessment, description modeling, generalization. The newness is that for the first time the classification of the codification of the health care system standards in Ukraine has been suggested; the complex sociological investigation of the satisfaction of the patients with the medical aid has been conducted. The results are that the questionnaires to investigate the patients' thoughts have been developed that can be used to assess the quality of the health care system in Ukraine; the system of the control in the health care system has been improved.
