Essay

An analytic condition for the possibility identification of the hollow thin-walled items manufacturing intensification by drawing of the profiled half-finished products has been obtained. A mathematical model of the drawing process of thin-walled hollow-items from preliminarily profiled half-finished products, the thickness of which changes according to the linear law, has been refined. A mathematical model of the combined drawing process of the profiled half-finished products has been generalized. Experimental and theoretical researches have proved the possibility of the thin-walled hollow items manufacturing intensification by drawing and combined drawing of preliminarily profiled half-finished products. The results of the dissertation have been applied in engineering process design and manufacturing of the experimental specimen batches of the cartridge-cases of big and small calibers.
