Perepelitsa A. Organizational and legal measures of the state executive service activity in Ukraine

Object – the administrative-legal relations which appear between bodies serving persons of state executive service and other subjects of executive proceeding concerning the forced realization of the executive documents, as well as organization of bodies structure that realize the executive proceedings due to the procedure provided by the law; purpose – determination of the main theoretical and legal grounds in regulation of the organizing-staff structure of state executive service, ways of its activity as the institution of state executive service which is called to provide forced execution of courts and not-judicial bodies decisions; methods – formally-logical, logical, system, aticanalytical, comparative-legal; novelty – the first complex dissertation after proclamation of the Constitution of Ukraine and the Laws of Ukraine “About state executive service” and “ About executive proceedings” where the place and the role of state executive service are determined in the system of state power bodies inUkraine as well as legal and organizational grounds of its activity in process of executive proceedings of courts and non-judicial bodies; results – the materials of dissertation can be used in the legislative and normative-creative activity, scientific-research sphere, scholastic process, law-using activity.
