Dissertation is devoted to complex theory and practical research of enterprises - software developers' competitiveness management in contemporary business environment. The results of scientific research of category "competitive capacity" are generalized. Competitive ability pattern of different participants of competition is determined. The contemporary situation and prospects of evolution of native software developers are analyzed. The enterprise competitive capacity preconditions are classified. The aggregate of competitive capacity constituent of software development enterprise is determined. The procedure of analysis and estimation of enterprise competitive capacity is developed.
