Almashi I. Realisation of the rigths of national minorities in Ukraine

The dissertation is devoted to the scientific analysis of realisation of the rights of national minorities in Ukraine, definition of the basic problems and perspectives in this sphere. On the basis of the theoretical analysis of the scientific literature, internal state normative acts, generalisation of practice of activities of the various authorised subjects in this sphere, the complex scientific characteristic of realisation of the rights of national minorities in Ukraine is given. The analysis of guarantees and forms of realisation of the rights of national minorities in Ukraine is made. The practical offers concerning improvement of the legislation of Ukraine in sphere of realisation of the rights of national minority are formulated.
