The spatial structure of plant tubulins was reconstructed and its features were investigated. It was shown the metastability of secondary structure is proper for plant tubulin. It was identified the sites of specific interaction with dinitroaniline and phosphoramidate herbicides. It was shown the critical role of interdimer contactis in plant cell response to stresses of different identity. It was revealed the regularities, witch cause the resistance to substances that depolymerize microtubules.
