Essay

The dissertation presents the results of clinic-instrumental, biochemical and neuropsychological examination 121 patients aged 11-16 years with delayed consequences of brain injury. Distinguished key syndromes in this group of patients. As a result of this research received peculiarity of the concentration of macroelements in blood plasma (kalium, natrium, calcium, magnium) for each syndromes. Proved that the typical violations for all syndromes were the hypernatriemia, hypokaliemia and increased the coefficient natrium/kalium. Hypermagnezemia is a special sign for liquoro-dystension syndrome, hypercalciemia - for vegeto-vascular dystonia and hypomagnezemia for epileptic syndrome, special signs for asthenic syndrome is not revealed. Analysis of the received results allowed to determine the diagnostic algorithms for this syndromes in adolescents. As a background there were included vitamine-microelements drugs in the treatment of adolescents after brain injury and working out complexes of treatment. Thecontrol of effective treatvent was the accomlisment by neuropsychological method SAM (self-sensation, activity, mood).
