The work dwells on the improvement of medical and rehabilitation measures in women with tubo-peritoneal sterility resulted from the sexually transmitted diseases on the basis of the prognostication of probability of conception through the specification of clinicolaboratory criteria of effectiveness of endoscopic intervention, conduction of complex anti-inflammatory and immunomodulatory therapy aiming at the improvement of reproductive health and rehabilitation of reproductive function. The algorithm of examination has been improved, grounded and implemented into the practice of complex programme of reproductive function rehabilitation in cases of sterility resulted from the sexually transmitted diseases.
