Essay

The purpose of this dissertation is to reduce the obstetric and perinatal complications by the improvement of complex schemes of medical treatment of preeclampsia middle and heavy degrees, complementing them by synglet-oxygen therapy and perftoran. It has been proved, that membranodestrouctive processes as a result of disbalance of oxidant-antioxidant equilibrium, will result in the damage of biological membranes of erythrocytes and hepathocytes. The indicated changes are intensifed by severe gemomicrocirculation changes at the middle and heavy forms of preeclampsia and causes numerous complications of pregnancy and births. The effectiveness of synglet-oxygen therapy and oxygen's perftoran has been proved as a complex treatment heavy forms of preeclampsia that gave us the possibility to reduce frequency of obstetric and perinatal complications in women with this pathology.
