Essay

Dissertation is devoted to the problem of diagnosis and treatment of primary and secondary amenorrhea of central genesis at adolescent girls. We studied peculiarities of pubertal and physical development, hormonal homeostasis at the basis of contents in gonad tropic (FSG, LG, Prl, STG) and sexual (E2, P, T) hormones, and structural & functional condition of osseous tissue at adolescent girls.Complex of treatment with administration of no- hormonal stimulating and cyclic hormonal therapy in combination with calcimine is suggested and efficiency of this treatment is showed at adolescent girls with primary and secondary amenorrhea.
