Essay

The dissertation is devoted to the questions of improvement of results of treatment of oncosurgical patients by the ground and introduction of a new method of the sntraoperative infusion-transfution therapy with the use of perftoran and refortan on basis of investigation of postoperative changes of external breath, central hemodynamics and oxygen status of the organism. Tne analysis of clinical material consisting of 149 cases allowed the differential choice of optimal variance of infusion-transfusion therapy depending of the initial level of respiratory disorders. It is proved, that a single infusion of perftoran in dose 5 ml/kg is nessesary in oncosurgical patients without preoperative ventilatory disorders during lobectomy. The using of perftoran in dose 1,5 ml/kg in therapy is nessesary in oncosurgical patients with preoperative ventilating respiratory insufficiency of I and II degree. The optimal choice for patients with initial ventilating respiratory insufficiency of III degree is intraoperativeusing of perftoran in dose 3 ml/kg. Key words: lung cancer, infusion-transfusion therapy, perftoran, refortan, external breath, central hemodynamics, oxygen status.
