The dissertation investigates the theoretical and practical problems of the Constitutional law of the citizens of Ukraine to participate in the management of state affairs as a complex one integrating other political rights: to take part in All-Ukrainian and local referendum, to elect and be elected to organs of local self-management, equal access to state service and service in the organs of self-management, to participate in the administration of justice. Its notion, juridical nature, the main stages of formation and development, the relationship with other political rights, and its structure are shown, the major forms of participation of citizens of Ukraine in its administration are analyzed. The conclusion is made that it is the right of citizens to participate in the administration of the direct people's power, state power and local self-management. The notion, the system and the kinds of guarantees of this law are determined. The proposals on the perfection of its constitutional and legal regulation are formulated.
