Object of the study: early postoperative intraabdominal complications. Purpose of the study: improvement of complex surgical treatment results in patients with early postoperative intraabdominal complications by means of elaboration of advanced curative tactics and methods of repeated surgical operations upon abdominal organs. Methods of the study: general clinical, laboratorial, biochemical, bacteriological, immunological, morphological, instrumental, statistical methods. Practical significance of the obtained results: The tactics of intraabdominal hypertension management that allows to individually the method of intraabdominal hypertension correction in patients with early postoperative intraabdominal complications was elaborated. New operations on abdominal organs and methods of closing the abdomen after relaparotomy dedicated to abdomen decompression, prophylaxis and correction of intraabdominal hypertension were developed. Scientific novelty of the obtained results: The role of the intestinal reperfusional disorders in forming of organ and multiorgan failures in conditions of developing intraabdominal hypertension in patients with early postoperative intraabdominal complications was shown in the experimental and clinical conditions. Tactics of repeated surgical operations upon abdominal organs that allows to perform prophylaxis of secondary complications after relaparotomy was improved.
