Netikov D. Intraduodenal stenting in complex of surgical treatment of stenosing pyloroduodenal ulcers complicated by hemorrhage

3.The object of research: Ulcerous disease of duodenum complicated by complicated and stenosis. The purpose of study: The purpose of investigation is an improvement of results of surgical treatment of patients with bleeding and stenosing piloroduodenal ulcer at the expense of introduction of technology of intraduodenal stenting. Methods of research: General clinical, biochemical, morphological, instrumental. Practical importance of received results: Use of intraduodenal stenting in patients with stenosing and bleeding ulcers of duodenum allows to decrease frequency of bleeding recurrences, to increase the reliability of methods of temporal hemostasis to provide the permlability of stenosis of piloroduodenal duct what increases effectiveness of preoperative preparation. Use of prognostic estimation of anastomosis development allows to individualise the surgical tactics as well as to substantiate the performing of intraoperative stenting of piloroduodenal duct. The scientific novetty of received results: At first time it was studied the influence of intraduodenal stenting to walls of piloroduodenal duct. It was developed intraduodenal stent with antiinflammatory action (declarative patent № 8101), worked through intraoperative technology of first time it was developed and intoduced into clinic method of temporal hemostasis and restoring of permlability of piloroduodenal duct at stenosis ulcer of duodenum complicated by bleeding. The mathematical model of anastomosis prognosis was developed.
