Chvankin S. Voluntary representation in Civil Procedure of Ukraine.

This dissertation is devoted to complex research of theoretical and practical questions of the legal regulation of voluntarily representation in Civil Procedure of Ukraine. Basic characteristics and entire representations in civil procedure have been analyzed. A concept has been determined and the classification of representation in civil procedure has been improved. The characteristic signs of voluntary representation and questions that are related to the proper registration of plenary powers of voluntarily representative are also explored. The necessity of differentiation of representation institute in civil procedure with other related civilly-judicial and civil institutes has been proved, in particular with a representation in a civil law with participation of authorities and persons, to whom the law has given the right to protect interests of other persons, with participation in the process of person that gives legal help in accordance with the asset 56 of Civil Procedure Code of Ukrainewith participation in the process of assistant of person who is chosen in accordance with the asset 78 of Civil Code of Ukraine and so on. The features of realization of separate types of voluntarily representation in civil procedure have been analyzed. Basic directions of improvement of civilly-judicial legislation in relation to regulation of voluntarily representation have been defined."
