This work is devoted to investigation of the influence of biological active drugs (quercetin, rutin) and their complexes with aluminium on dynamics of the contrac-tion of skeletal muscle fibers of the frog Rana tempo-raria. The research was isotonic regime under the con-stant control of dynamic parameters of the contraction. During the research the strength of contraction, of the length, the temperature of the out solution and the pa-rameters of the stimulation signal were fixed. The char-acteristic curves of dynamic parameters of the skeletal muscle contraction in the dependence of the drug con-centration were obtained. The use of the experimental drugs leads to inhibition of the muscle contraction. The asymmetric influence of the flavonoids solution on the strength and length of muscle fiber was fixed. The ratio asymmetric influence of the quercetin and rutin on the dynamic parameters of the contraction was growing higher according to the increas-ing concentration of the drug. It was established thatef-fects of quercetin decreased length of the fiber during all the processes of contraction. The lightest changes of the strength were observed on the initial stages of the con-traction. The results obtained suggests that quercetin is more active inhibitor of isotonic contraction compared to rutin. The synergetic concentration dependence inhibi-tory effect of the quercetin and rutin in the complexes with aluminium was shown.
